How do set up WinShip so I can dial in from home with a modem? (Back to top)

To set up WinShip to dial in from home with a modem:

1. In order to dial into the office the only computer that has to be set up on nightline is the server.
2. To set up the server on nightline (this is done on the server):
3. Double click My Computer.
4. Double click Dial-Up Networking.
5. From the Dial-Up Networking pull down menu  click Connections then Dial-Up Server.
6. Choose the modem you wish to set up for nightline, and then click Allow Caller Access.
7. Then click change password if you want to change the password.
   (Note: if you change the password, you've change it for everyone who dials into your computer)
