To find text with just a key word:
- WinShip enables you to search it's various databases to find incoming
message, outgoings messages, important messages and news feed items though
you may only know a key word.
- Click on the Find Text Icon.
- The Custom Search Criteria dialog box will pop up.
- Enter the word or words of the text you are seeking in the field marked Search
for Text.
- With your left mouse button click on the pull down arrows located beside
the Start Date and End Date to choose the date of
the text you are searching.
- Choose the data base you are searching by clicking in the appropriate
box located beside the Incoming, Outgoing and Knight Ridder (news feed)
options.
- Click the OK button
