To create an email distribution list within a company:

  1. From the Correspondent Maintenance Module:
  2. Go to tabbed page: Extra Email Only.
  3. Type in a name for your list beside the heading: Name of list.
  4. Enter the email address of the list you want to make in the blank space provided under the heading Email distribution list #1 or Email distribution list #2.
