How do I include a ship's description in an outgoing message?

To include a vessel's description into an outgoing message:

1. You can include a vessel's description in an outgoing message from the message entry module.
2. Click on one of the following three buttons to include a vessel's description in your outgoing message:
   • Click on the button marked F3 - Short ship to include a short ship description.
   • Click on the button marked F4 - Long ship to include a long ship description.
   • Click on the button marked F5 - Full page ship to include a full page ship description.
3. After clicking one of the above buttons a dialog box will pop up.
4. Click on the Mnemonic of the ship you wish to include in your message.
5. Click the OK button.
